Tilemachos Gioglaris doesn't fit easily into a single title — and he doesn't try to.

A film director, Director of Photography, and Drone Filmmaker, he works under ORIA.FILMS on short films and documentaries with international festival presence. He directed "Mobius Strip", presented as part of the DISFF Film Workshop at the 47th Drama International Short Film Festival — one of the most significant short film festivals in the Balkans. In 2025, he received the 2nd Documentary Award at the Taratsa Film Festival for "The Archive of Eleftheria Newspaper" — a work of cinematic memory tracing 102 years of history of one of Greece's most important newspapers. Two of his student films have also earned festival selections.

In November 2025, he served as cinematographer and DOP on the short film "ΣΗΜΑ(Δ)ΕΜΕΝΗ" — a production marking the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, directed by Stefania Makri. The film was screened on November 24, 2025 at the French Institute of Larissa, before an audience that gathered to break the silence.

That same month, he designed and led the workshop "From Light to Image — Cinematography & Visual Storytelling" as part of the International Film Festival of Larissa, hosted by the French Institute — a session on the emotional weight of light, framing, and color in cinematic narrative.

For him, the drone is not a capture tool — it is a directorial language. With 1,500+ flight hours and EASA A1/A2/A3 certification, he designs shots that could not exist any other way.

He is completing his studies in Film Studies & Research at the Hellenic Open University (2027) and volunteers as a drone operator with the Hellenic Rescue Team, participating in SAR missions on Mount Olympus — because the gaze carries responsibility.
